Oh my... we are officially half way through our trip. We all seems very aware that our time is moving quickly.
We then walk down the road to a great restaurant where we stopped for drinks and snacks. You can’t go wrong with a restaurant on the beach with a pool, hammocks, swings and more. It was the perfect rest stop.
Then we continued on to go check out Akumal beach where we stayed in 2015 when we were here with Grandpa, Alana, Kevin, Tee and Scott. Then we split up with some of us taking a collectivo and some taking a taxi to get back home. Rorie and Kai got a mango on a stick on our travels home. Yum yum. Both thought they should go into business selling mangos at home.
Today we go on an adventure. We walk to the town of Chemuyil and get a taxi that takes us to Yal Ku - a snorkelling lagoon and some impressive artwork.
