Dia Uno

Our place has a pool and the kids are in it constantly - from morning to night.

Rorie, Marlo and I started our day with taking a collectivo to the supermarket to stock us up on groceries. Meanwhile - Gareth, Kai, Gryffin, Twyla and Grandma go swimming in a cenote down the road.

All that fun means we seriously need a seista.

Then it’s time to explore the ocean some. The waves were wild. Kai spent 2 hours rolling in the ocean. He became a piece of driftwood and floated with the seaweed. At one point he caught a fish in his hands.

Lotsa seaweed, but lots of fun. This beach often has no seaweed, but today was windy and had the surfers out. Below - Twyla and Rorie walk back hand in hand after a couple hours of ocean playtime.
