So.. I got the scheduling wrong, so that means we have a day to play in Edmonton. It is insanely Smokey and extremely hot so we choose to do all the indoor activities.

We did a language test that had us listening to a hundred words to decider whether it was a real word or not. Kai and I both scored over the average scores of college students. The U of A students really wanted to get Kai into the lab to test him again in a setting that had less distractions. They were very impressed to see such a score from a 13 year old.
We then headed to West Edmonton Mall to get some WaterPark time in. Kais first time. He was more stoked on the wave pool than the slides. We did love the free Coke Freestyle machine that allowed you to mix and match piles of sofa flavours.
We hit the free petting zoo as we left the mall as Kai just HAD to pet this guy.

First we start with science world. Kai helped with a demonstration on light and colour where he assisted in exploding this balloon filled with Strontium with a candle.
We got to hit the opening of Edmonton’s new planetarium with the highest def screen in North American.
